AW Therapies

From pregnancy massage to reflexology, Abbie provides a tranquil sanctuary and specialist support for every stage of motherhood, from prenatal to postnatal.

I’ve been going to Abbie for wellbeing treatments for years now, and it’s always been a really gorgeous experience each time, but it felt extra special when I was pregnant and newly postpartum. Abbie is a qualified AOR Reflexologist who specialises in women’s health, so she knows exactly how to make you feel amazing at all stages of your motherhood journey.

Tailored Relaxation

Abbie’s approach is that nothing is ‘one size fits all’ – I have specific needs due to health conditions and Abbie is so careful to work with me on this and make my experience as comfortable as possible. She is incredibly intuitive and takes the time to understand exactly what you need and what needs some attention, which is often different every time you go.

Women’s Health Specialist

Abbie specialises in women’s health from pregnancy to menopause, with specific treatments to support you at every stage. She offers specialist pregnancy treatments like pregnancy massage and reflexology tailored specifically to the stage of pregnancy you’re in. She offers the ‘Making a Mama’ package; a 90-minute session designed for expectant mums, combining soothing pregnancy massage and a targeted reflexology session to balance your system, and she has various cushions and supports to ensure you’re supported and comfortable no matter how big your bump.

I don’t know if this is just me, but reflexology felt AMAZING when I was pregnant – maybe it’s just the tired pregnant feet or maybe it’s that extra feminine energy, but if someone you love is currently pregnant I’d highly recommend you get them a voucher for a session with Abbie.

If you want to order a gift voucher or book an appointment, you can email Abbie at contact.awtherapies@gmail.com or message her instagram page. You can find her at HDNine Wellness, 6 Stable Court, Huddersfield Road, Holmfirth (HD9).
